Troubleshooting
Problem:
Board does not turn on.
Solution:
Check connectors, check wires, replace/charge battery.
Problem:
Board does not fire.
Solution:
Turn off board for 10 seconds and retry, check connections, check wires, replace/charge battery,
verify eye is aligned, oil marker, verify switch is functional.
Problem:
Board seem to double fire.
Explaination:
With the eye disabled or not installed, the T-Board is capable of firing at 36bps.
Some trigger are so sensitive, the marker firing can cause the switch to close again resulting in
multiple firing. To verify, pull the trigger firmly and release. If the gun does not double fire,
your switch is too sensitive.
Solution:
Replace/charge battery, oil marker, change dwell time, install eye, change
trigger/switch adjustment.
Problem:
I hear the solenoid click, but it doesn't fire or fires after two or three trigger pulls.
Explaination:
Every marker is different. Things like lubrication, spring tension, velocity adjustor, and sear condition will make the solenoid work harder to fire.
Solution 1:
Increase the Dwell, oil marker, reduce velocity adjustor, try a lighter spring, install a shim (a dime, penny, or nickle) behind the solenoid plunger (See pics).

Solution 2 (preferred):
Drill and tap a set screw into the back of the grip. Very adjustable and highly recommended (See pics).
